It's over...the marking of exam scripts. A heavy, overloaded burden has been lifted. Just like past years, I have been overworked, stressed, grouchy and sleepy when marking exam scripts. If I had to name one thing why I loathe my job, it's (you guessed it) because of marking. Yes, a good teacher needs to mark. Heck, even a bad teacher needs to mark. I hate to mark.
But it's over. Till the next round. I will revel in the fact that I need not mark exam scripts till August. Life is good after all.
